The Great Temple in Yogyakarta

PRAMBANAN

Prambanan is one of the great temples in Indonesia. It is located in Jl. Jogja-Solo Km.16 Prambanan, Yogyakarta. Prambanan temple also called “Roro Jonggrang” temple. This temple is really great and beautiful. I think Prambanan is the best Hindu’s temple i have ever seen.

The day i visited Prambanan temple was nice weather. it was sunny day. I went with my friend, her name is Desty. We went there by bus, the price is so cheap. We only have to pay Rp.3.500 and we can arrive safely.

Before we entered, we have to buy the thicket. I think the thickrt’s price is so expensive. For native people we have to pay Rp. 40.000, and for foreigner have to pay USD 25. There are three biggest temples  there, every temple has name. There are Wisnu Temple, Brahmana Temple and  Syiwa Temple. That name is the most greatest three God in Hindu religion.

The big temple is Syiwa temple, because Syiwa is the Biggest God in Hindu religion. In Syiwa’s temple there is Roro Jonggrang statue. Roro Jonggrang is the princess of Prambanan Kingdom. She is very beautiful and very kind. Someday there was a prince  from Pengging Kigdom call Bandung Bandawasa came to propose Roro Jonggrang, but Roro Jonggrang didn’t want to be his wife. That made Bandung Bandawasa angry, and then he decried Roro change become a statue.

I really love with this place. If i have some healing time, i will visit this place again. Btw i am who is wearing glasses. Okay see u! ^_^
